That’s why every appointment starts with an in-depth consultation to help us understand where you are coming from and where you want to go. Every experience at SJS includes an exceptional scalp massage and we take the time to show you how to achieve your desired style.
We offer a pricing model that allows you the opportunity to have the hair you wish for without limitation. Our pricing model offers our clients options when it comes to salon services as well as providing a career path for growth and achievement for our team. Clients may choose a stylist that best compliments their requests and needs from experience to budget.
Color
We use the CALURA color system that is formulated with an innovative exothermic technology that is designed to maximize dye penetration and minimize hair damage. Each shade is formulated to generate a specific increase in temperature to achieve desired results. As a bonus, this heat allows a thorough penetration of the certified organic essences and keratin. The result is an incomparable radiant shine!
All services show a starting price and can increase based on hair length, texture, or additional services rendered. Please consult your technician with further questions.
Single-Process Root Touch Up $75
Applied color to one inch or less of regrowth after having previous color. This service is for anyone who has color applied to deepen, darken or cover grey. This service does not include any lightening of the hair.
All Over Color $105
Applied color from roots to ends to create a new refreshed look. This service is for anyone who has color applied to deepen, darken or cover grey and wants to refresh their look. This service does not include any lightening of the hair.
Highlights and Hand Painting $100
Traditional foil highlights have come a long way! Highlighting techniques can range anywhere from traditional foiling to baby lights, and some much in between! Highlighting is using foils and lightener or color to create dimension and movement to your existing hair color. Highlights can be added alone or in addition to other color services.
Balayage Refresher $200
Balayage is a sweeping motion to creatively place color on the way your hair falls to add dimension. Typically, balayage has a softer grow out and requires lower maintenance. It can be an alternative to highlights, but can also be used in addition to highlights for a really customized look. This service is for you if you have already had balayage done at Stella James Salon within the last 12 weeks and you just want it freshened up to the root area.
Custom Balayage $375
This balayage we customize your color to fit your needs, whether it's your first time with us or first time all together.
Gloss/Tone $45
Gloss is a translucent color formulated specifically to counteract any unwanted tones or richen darker colors and add shine to your hair. A gloss is not a permanent color and will fade off over time. Lasts 2-4 weeks depending how often you shampoo. This service can be added to any other service.
Haircuts
We strongly believes in a pricing system that reflects hair length and technical difficulty rather than gender for all offered services. This service begins with a relaxing revitalizing scalp massage shampoo followed by a customized haircut and finished with a signature style.
Short Cut $35
This haircut is for anyone whose entire service takes less than 45 minutes. Including consultation, revitalizing shampoo, cut and styling. Who falls into this category? Our sweet kiddos with really fine hair, short style that are maintained every 3-4 weeks or clipper cuts.
Advanced Short Cut $55
If your hair is NOT longer than chin length, but requires detailed work, beyond the clippers, this cut is for you. If you have or would like a bob, this cut is NOT for you.
Medium to Long $65
Most haircuts will fall here. If you have chin length to long layers and beyond, this cut is for you.
Advanced Medium to Long $75
If you have chin-length and beyond cuts (e.g. short bob to long layers) that require more detailing. If your hair is long (shoulder length and below) or if you’d like to chop it all off, this is the service for you! If your hair is thick, this is also your go-to cut! If you would like your styling to be more detailed (curling iron or flat iron) or you have very curly hair and need more time for straightening, this cut is for you!
Styling
Blowout $35
Have you had a rough week and want a quick way to relax and freshen up for the weekend? Do you want to give yourself a well deserved pampering, this service is the way to do it. This service is the true definition of self care! We start with a relaxing and revitalizing shampoo. To bring this service to a complete we style your hair to your desired look. You will also schedule this service if you are having a color service but are NOT getting a haircut.
Extended Blowout $55
Does our Blowout service sound great but you want a little more. Do you have naturally curly hair that you want blown out straight? Do you love having your hair curled with a curling iron or straighten with a flat iron? This is the service for you. You can schedule this service by itself or if you are getting a color service but not a haircut you would schedule this blowout.
Special Occasion Style $105
Do you have a special occasion that you want to look your best for? This is the service for you. We encourage you to bring or send us your inspirational photos. If you are unsure of what you want we can help. To make you more comfortable please schedule a complimentary consultation.
Wedding Hair Package $175
All your wedding hair needs in one package! This package includes wedding day hair and your trial/consultation session. A deposit of 50% will be requested when you schedule this service.
